PAYMENT & SETTLEMENT POLICY

DOM POUCH LTDswapyard.net • Effective date: August 21, 2026

This Payment & Settlement Policy ("Policy") explains how deposits, purchases, withdrawals, and related financial operations are handled on swapyard.net (the "Platform"). It forms part of, and should be read alongside, our Terms and Conditions, Privacy Notice, and Cookie Notice.

The Platform is operated by DOM POUCH LTD, a private limited company incorporated in England and Wales under registration number 17380032, with its registered office at 58 Peregrine Road, Office 7431, Hainault, Ilford, Essex, United Kingdom, IG6 3SZ (referred to herein as the "Operator," "we," or "us").

1. How Payments Are Handled

Every transaction on the Platform is routed through vetted, independent payment service providers, each of which holds the appropriate licence or authorisation to operate in its respective jurisdiction.

We do not capture or retain full card numbers, CVV codes, or other sensitive authentication credentials on our own servers.

The Operator does not operate internal e-wallets and at no point takes custody of user funds. Settlement of all payments rests with our payment partners, who act in accordance with the regulatory framework and card-network rules applicable to them.

Because the handling of payment data ultimately falls under each provider's own terms, users are encouraged to review those terms and the provider's privacy notice before authorising a transaction.

2. Supported Payment Instruments

Currently, the Platform accepts payment exclusively via debit and credit cards.

Depending on the processor and the user's region, transactions may be settled in a number of currencies, including but not limited to:

  • EUR
  • USD
  • AUD
  • PLN
  • CAD
  • CHF
  • HUF

Card scheme availability, supported currencies, and issuing-bank restrictions vary by location and may change without prior notice.

3. Transaction Model

The Platform does not run subscription plans or recurring billing of any kind. Every payment is a discrete, one-off transaction, and no card is charged automatically after the fact.

4. Identity Checks and Transaction Safeguards

Users must supply accurate, current information whenever verification is requested. Incomplete or inaccurate details may cause a transaction or withdrawal to be delayed, held, or declined until the discrepancy is resolved.

5. Fees and Cost Disclosure

Any commission, service fee, or processing charge applicable to a transaction is shown to the user prior to final confirmation, with no hidden costs added afterward.

Proceeding with a purchase constitutes acceptance of the fees displayed at that time.

Charges levied independently by a card issuer or payment provider — for instance, currency-conversion mark-ups — sit outside the Operator's control and are governed solely by that third party's own pricing terms.

6. Refunds

A refund may be granted in narrowly defined circumstances, such as a demonstrable technical failure or non-delivery of the purchased digital content within the promised window.

Digital items are delivered within 10-14 business days of a successful payment.

Should delivery not occur within that window, the user may submit a refund request to our support team at info@swapyard.net.

7. Withdrawals

7.1 Who May Request a Withdrawal

A withdrawal request will only be honoured where the user:

  • Satisfies the minimum age and legal-capacity requirements applicable to them;
  • Withdraws via one of the payout methods we currently support;
  • Is located in a jurisdiction where payout services are offered.

7.2 Timeframes

Once approved, a withdrawal is ordinarily completed within 7-10 business days. Actual arrival of funds can be affected by the receiving bank or intermediary payment network, and the Operator bears no responsibility for delays occurring on that side of the transfer.

8. Regions Where Services Are Offered

Deposits and withdrawals are made available only where doing so is lawful and where our payment partners are able to provide coverage.

EU countries:

Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain.

ROW countries:

Andorra, Argentina, Armenia, Australia, Bahrain, Brazil, Canada, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, Egypt, Georgia, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Israel, Korea Republic of, Kuwait, Kyrgyzstan, Malaysia, Maldives, Mexico, Moldova, Mongolia, Morocco, Nepal, New Zealand, Oman, Paraguay, Peru, Philippines, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Serbia, Singapore, Sri Lanka, Switzerland, Taiwan, Tajikistan, Thailand, Turkey, Turkmenistan, United Arab Emirates, Uruguay, Uzbekistan, Vietnam.

This list is reviewed periodically and may be amended without advance notice due to changes in law or shifts in our payment partners' coverage.

9. Compliance and Transaction Screening

In fulfilment of applicable legal obligations, the Operator applies:

  • Anti-money-laundering (AML) checks and fraud-detection controls;
  • Limitations tied to a user's location, chosen payment method, or assessed risk profile.

As a result, individual transactions may be paused, escalated for manual review, or refused outright.

Where the law obliges us to do so, the Operator may disclose suspicious activity to the competent regulatory or law-enforcement body. Compliance with AML and financial-conduct rules is a shared responsibility split between the Operator, our payment partners, and users, each within the scope of their own role.

10. Role of Third-Party Payment Partners

Payments and withdrawals are executed by independent third-party providers, who alone bear legal responsibility for the security, processing, and settlement of the transactions they handle.

The Operator is not liable for any delay, failure, or adverse decision originating from a bank, card network, or payment partner.

By transacting on the Platform, users also agree to abide by the applicable terms of the relevant third-party payment providers.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may revise this Policy from time to time to reflect new legal requirements, new payment options, or internal process changes.

The current version will always be available on the Platform, marked with its effective date. Where a change is material and affects users' rights, and where the law requires it, we will give advance notice before the change takes effect.
